The Hatec S-60 is a fixed external sunshade system with louvre boards which protects the building from heat in summer months however by letting the most possible light in. In winter - due to flatter incident angle - sunbeams contact the window surface and heat the room behind it. The incident angle of sunlight, the shading factor, the geographical position of the building and wind load and snow load are considered during planning. The Hatec S-60 sunshade system with Z-shaped louvre boards made of excellent-quality AlMgSi 0,5 alloy is available in board-thicknesses of 1.2, 1.4 and 2 mm. The board thickness is defined based on the distribution of support elements and wind load and snow load. The Hatec S-60, according to the request of the sponsor or the architect, can be placed either as sunshade extending over and above the window or in front of the window, vertically. Both placement methods allow undisturbed window opening and do not limit the visibility. Our system can boast energy savings achieved with sunshades, air conditioning equipment (low-energy houses) and new, creative architectural opportunities owing to the multitude of colours and shapes. The fixing of louvre board s on the support profiles by makrolon (polycarbonate) fixing elements takes up longitudinal dilatation and prevents the transfer of vibration to the building at the same time. |
